Urgent Care Visit

Life doesn't pause when you catch a cold — and sitting in a crowded urgent care lobby for hours is the last thing you need. Our virtual urgent care visits give you fast, convenient access to a licensed Nurse Practitioner from wherever you are, for common concerns such as:

During your visit, we'll assess your symptoms, answer your questions, and provide appropriate care — which may include prescriptions when clinically indicated. At a flat $40, it's straightforward, affordable care without the wait.

Lip Filler

The difference between "natural and beautiful" and "obviously done" comes down to technique, product placement, and respecting your unique lip anatomy — and that's exactly where we focus.
During your appointment, we start with a conversation: What do you love about your lips? What would you change? From there, we design a treatment plan around your facial proportions and goals. One full syringe gives us the flexibility to build shape, symmetry, and volume in a balanced way.
We prioritize your comfort throughout, and you'll leave with aftercare instructions so you know exactly what to expect while any temporary swelling settles. Results are visible immediately and typically refine over the following one to two weeks. Individual results vary.

Botox (Neurotoxin)

At Genesis, we use premium neurotoxins such as Xeomin and Daxxify, and we take a personalized dosing approach based on your facial anatomy, muscle strength, and the look you want. Some patients want noticeable smoothing; others want just a subtle softening that no one can quite put their finger on. Both are done right here.
Your 60-minute appointment includes a full consultation, mapping of your treatment areas, and the treatment itself. Results typically begin to appear within days and develop fully over about two weeks, with effects generally lasting several months. Individual results and duration vary.

Lip Plump

Curious about lip filler but nervous about looking overdone? The Lip Plump is your answer. Using a half syringe of filler, this treatment adds gentle volume and hydration for a soft, natural-looking enhancement — the kind that makes people say "you look great" without knowing why.
It's also a lower-commitment way to experience what filler can do for you. Many patients start with a Lip Plump, fall in love with the subtle boost, and return for a full syringe when they're ready for more. Others find the half syringe is all they ever need — and that's the point: your lips, your pace.

Under-Eye PRF

Because PRF comes entirely from your own body, there's nothing synthetic involved — which makes it an appealing option for patients who want a natural approach to under-eye rejuvenation. Treatment is often performed as a series for best results, and we'll map out a personalized plan during your consultation.

Under-Eye PRF Gel

Restore under-eye volume — naturally.
Hollowness under the eyes creates shadows that no concealer can fully hide. PRF gel takes the same regenerative approach as standard PRF, but with a difference: the platelet-rich fibrin is processed into a gel consistency, allowing it to provide gentle, natural-looking volume in areas of hollowness.
Think of it as a natural alternative to under-eye filler — created entirely from your own blood, with no synthetic materials. During your consultation, we'll assess your under-eye area and determine whether PRF gel, standard PRF, or a combination approach best fits your anatomy and goals.
As with all regenerative treatments, results develop over time and individual results vary. Treatment plans are personalized and may involve a series of sessions.

After your aesthetic treatment, this in-person follow-up gives us the chance to assess how you're healing, review your results together, and fine-tune anything that needs attention. It's also your dedicated time to ask questions: Is this normal? When will I see final results? What should my maintenance plan look like?
We build follow-up into our care philosophy because your experience doesn't end when you leave the treatment chair. Checking in, adjusting, and planning ahead is how we make sure you're genuinely happy — not just satisfied.
Ideal for: Patients who have recently received Botox, filler, or PRF treatments at Genesis.
Medication Refill Request

Established patients: keeping your plan on track should be simple.
If you're an existing Genesis patient and need a refill on your current medication, this quick request appointment handles it — no lengthy visits, no unnecessary hoops. We'll do a brief check-in to confirm everything is going well with your plan, address any questions, and process your refill.
Consistency is one of the biggest factors in long-term results, whether you're on a weight loss program, peptide protocol, or hormone optimization plan. This service exists to make sure nothing interrupts your progress.
Please note: refill requests are available for established Genesis by A. Smith patients with active treatment plans.
